Good ideas. My family, last year, started doing Secret Santa which helps save and my husbands family now plays a game, like a chinese auction. It is SO much more fun, then just opening a present and you are almost guaranteed to walk away with something of your choice.

You have to make sure what you’re saving on sales tax is more than what you’re spending on shipping though.
